When all elements are in place, someone needs to ensure they work together seamlessly. Coordination ensures alignment and execution – without you fielding questions or managing logistics.

Ideally, three to six months in advance. Later bookings may be possible depending on availability and event scope. The earlier I’m involved, the more thoroughly we can refine the flow of your day.

Pricing depends on the size, location, and overall complexity of your wedding. Wedding day coordination begins at 900 €, with a custom proposal prepared after we review the details of your event.
